Shipping & Delivery Policy

At House of Jainam, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, quickly, and efficiently. We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure that your products reach you in perfect condition.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • For sarees with Pico, Fall, or stitching customization, additional processing time may apply.

Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.


2. Domestic Shipping (India)

We deliver across all major locations in India.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • 7–15 working days depending on your location.

Delivery Timing

Orders are delivered between:

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Monday to Saturday

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

  • Remote locations

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier delays

  • Festivals or high order volumes


3. Shipping Partners

To ensure reliable delivery, we work with trusted courier companies including:

  • Delhivery

  • Blue Dart

  • DTDC

  • XpressBees

  • Ecom Express

  • FedEx

  • India Post (Speed Post)

The courier partner is selected based on location and fastest service availability.


4. International Shipping

House of Jainam offers worldwide shipping.

International Shipping Charges

  • ₹1000 minimum shipping charge for the first product

  • ₹400 additional charge per product

  • Shipping charges may vary depending on the destination country

International Delivery Time

  • Order processing: 2–3 working days

  • Estimated delivery: 6–10 working days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs clearance and destination country regulations.


5. Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship items that are restricted or prohibited by courier companies or government regulations, including but not limited to:

  • Currency or negotiable instruments

  • Precious metals or stones

  • Firearms or ammunition

  • Illegal substances

  • Hazardous materials

Orders containing such items will be cancelled.


6. Delivery Responsibility

All orders are insured during transit until delivery.

A signature may be required upon delivery. Once the package is delivered and accepted at the provided delivery address, responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer.

If the order is delivered to a recipient specified by the customer (such as a gift), the signature at the delivery address will be considered proof of successful delivery.


7. Taxes & Duties

For Customers in India

GST will be applied as per Government of India regulations and included in the final price where applicable.

For International Customers

Orders are shipped as personal use items. However:

  • Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on the destination country.

  • These charges must be paid by the customer directly to the customs authority or courier company.

  • House of Jainam is not responsible for customs duties or delays caused by customs clearance.


8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

COD Eligibility

  • Available for orders between ₹600 and ₹30,000

  • Orders below ₹600 → COD not available

  • Orders above ₹30,000 → Prepaid orders only

Important Notes:

  • COD charges include GST

  • COD charges are non-refundable

  • Additional shipping charges may apply based on location.


9. Prepaid Orders

Prepaid payment options are available for all orders and include:

  • Credit / Debit Cards

  • UPI Payments

  • Net Banking

  • Online Payment Gateways

Prepaid orders do not include COD charges.


10. Order Delays

While we aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to:

  • Manufacturer or supplier delays

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Natural disasters or weather conditions

  • Government restrictions

  • High demand during festivals or sales

House of Jainam is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or customs clearance.


11. Order Address Changes

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address or redirect the shipment.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct while placing the order.
